AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY
High-resolution drone photos of the property, scene, or area as it appeared on the date of the flight. Raw, unedited files — what the camera captured, nothing more. Multiple altitudes and angles available.

Aerial Video
Raw drone video footage of the scene — unedited, uncut, and delivered in original format. Provides continuous visual documentation of the area and surrounding context from multiple vantage points.

GPS & Time Metadata
All files include embedded EXIF metadata — date, time, GPS coordinates, altitude, and camera settings — verifying exactly when and where each photo or video was captured. Chain of custody starts at capture.

Visible Time/Location stamps
On request, visible date, time, and location overlays can be burned directly into images or video frames — providing at-a-glance temporal documentation suitable for courtroom display and presentation.

Orthomosaic Maps
A georeferenced, measurable aerial map of the scene — stitched from hundreds of overlapping drone photos. Useful for establishing property boundaries, distances, spatial relationships, and site context.

Raw File Delivery
All deliverables provided in original file format — no compression artifacts, no post-processing, no alterations. Files are exactly as captured, preserving full resolution and embedded metadata for evidentiary use.

FAA-CERTIFIED PILOT
All drone operations are conducted by an FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot — meaning every flight is legal, documented, and conducted in compliance with federal regulations. That matters when opposing counsel starts asking questions.
verifiable metadata
Every file carries embedded EXIF data — GPS coordinates, altitude, date, time, and camera settings — recorded at the moment of capture. This data is part of the file itself, not added afterward, and can be independently verified.
